Delivery within New Zealand

All on-line purchases for Curiosity or Divergence only, through our website include free delivery within New Zealand, except to Waiheke Island.
Delivery to a Waiheke Island address has a charge of $16. Non-curiosity or Divergence branded product shipping price stated on respective product pages.

International delivery

For international delivery, please get in touch and we’ll get back to you with pricing.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Damaged Goods

If your products are damaged or lost in transit please follow these steps:
- make a claim, or lodge a complaint with the courier company within 14 working days.
- let us know the details of that complaint so we can finalise the claim from our end (we can’t do that until we have a case number from you for the issue).
- we will replace the product free of charge.
- there will not be any additional shipping fee.

Return of Product
