45ml Curiosity Sloe Gin
15ml Port*
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Simple Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White**
*If you don’t have any port on hand, apricot brandy also works well or just use 50ml – 60ml of Sloe.
** This recipe tastes just as delicious without the egg white.
Place all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously to combine and emulsify the egg white.
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into a glass and garnish with lemon.
** If making without the egg white, simply shake all ingredients together with the ice and strain into a glass.
