100% New Zealand Single Malt Whisky with a fully grain to glass story, the new make spirit is made from 100% Canterbury grown and malted barley and aged in ex premium Otago Pinot Noir barrels from Maude in Wanaka.  A uniquely New Zealand Whisky aged in iconic New Zealand wine barrels.

Aromas of ripe cherry, hot crossed bun, fig, blackberry, charred oak, chocolatey malt and vanilla greet the nose. The flavour follows with cherry, black currant, raisins, vanilla and baking spices, backed by sweet malt and soft oak tannins.
