100% New Zealand Single Malt Whisky, aged more than 7 years in half sized new European oak barrels. A fully grain to glass product, the new make spirit is made from 100% Canterbury grown and malted barley. It is mashed, fermented and double pot still distilled, then aged in 100 litre virgin European oak barrels in Christchurch NZ.
Toffee, chocolate, oak with soft floral undertones on the nose. Oak, dark caramel, dark cocoa, new leather, creamy tannin, floral and anise on the palate. Rich chocolate and oak finish.
